Comfortable and Clean Rooms

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is really convenient as it’s attached to a shopping mall, which is great for shopping and casual dining. However, the rooms were in poor condition, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance, which definitely put a damper on my stay. While the service was helpful, there were just too many downsides to overlook, especially considering the price.

I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Borneo Hotel, with its fantastic location next to the 1Borneo Shopping Mall making shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms were decent and mostly clean, though there were some noise issues from outside and the bed could be more comfortable.
